Return Conditions: The product must be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging. Ensure that all accessories and documentation are included. Installed parts cannot be returned, nor can electronic/electrical components. No warranty is provided for electronic/electrical components. Electrical products are defined as items that can be connected to a power circuit. Business customers cannot cancel or return products.

Shipping Instructions: You will receive the necessary instructions for returning the product, including the return address. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Exceptions: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However, if the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will cover these costs. If the package is refused upon delivery, the return costs will be charged to the customer.
